Does persistent involvement in media and technology lead to lower academic performance?
Summary: This study looked to discover the relationship that there is between technology and social media use and academic performance. They get their data from universality students. The study says that students’ academic performances has a weak importance negative association both with media and technology usage, but not with control of self-regulation.

I can use this to show and give proof of my question, does technology affect our school work in a negative way. The case goes further into depth about using media as well. They talk about how the use if technology, like computers, and the use of media on the phone affects the students academic work. This will help because it gives me more detail and evidence. It gives more evidence because instead of just talking about computer and distractions it goes into media on the phone as well.
